The Kitty Hawk Board of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis to review zoning appeals, variance requests, and other special cases as defined in the Town’s zoning ordinance. Because the Board does not follow a regular meeting schedule, agendas are posted here when meetings are scheduled.
What You’ll Find in the Agendas
Each meeting agenda includes:
- Date, time, and location of the meeting
- A list of items or cases to be considered
- Public hearing information, if applicable
- Instructions for public participation
Agendas are typically posted at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled meeting.
