The Kitty Hawk Board of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis to review and make decisions on matters such as zoning variances, special exceptions, and appeals of zoning decisions. Unlike other boards, it does not follow a regular meeting schedule.
Meeting minutes are posted below when the Board convenes. These documents provide a public record of the Board’s decisions and discussions.
