The Town of Kitty Hawk is thrilled to welcome Officer Ben Elko as Kitty Hawk Police Department’s newest police officer. In front of his family, friends, and classmates, Officer Elko was sworn in by Mayor Craig Garriss and his badge was pinned by his mother, Cynthia.
