East Carolina University (ECU) professors are partnering with the Dare Community Housing Task Force to gather community perspectives on workforce housing through a series of open house sessions. These informal discussions aim to better understand local housing challenges and explore potential solutions.
Unlike official public meetings, these sessions are part of a research project, providing residents with a relaxed space to share their insights and experiences. Community input is crucial in shaping future housing initiatives, and all are encouraged to participate.
